Nova360 – eCommerce Businesses Owners Access all Digital Information in One Place

October 27, 2020 By Lorcan

CEO Lorcan Kinsella - Nova360 Marketing DashboardBrand Nova CEO Lorcan Kinsella interviewed by David Looby of Independent News and Media on the launch of Nova360 Marketing Dashboard.

Bringing your business full circle

A new service Nova360 which gives Covid-hit eCommerce business owners easy access to view all their digital marketing and social media interface in one place has been launched.

Nova360 is a wraparound single portal designed to empower businesses to control their social media and online presence, assisting them to direct traffic back to their website.

Designed by digital marketing expert Lorcan Kinsella of Brand Nova Digital – a leading Irish marketing agency for SMEs the concept frees up users by streamlining all their online performance indices into one easy to access, transparent portal. Simply by entering a username and password clients can view how their business is performing and develop their digital reputation.

Nova360 also benchmarks users’ business against their three main competitors and enables business owners to see gaps in service, including geographically – which can then be filled through targeted actions.

Kinsella came up with the idea while lecturing in the Digital Marketing Institute in Dublin a decade ago, arising from the frustration companies had in collating all relevant online activity without the hassle of using various spreadsheets and numerous platforms.

With Nova360, which is available to customers free on a seven-day trial and subsequently for €45 per month with no contract or commitment, clients can see in real time how they are performing within the highly competitive digital landscape; whether that is how a positive review has affected their star rating or how much traffic they have to their website.

As Kinsella says: “It provides companies with a sense of compass as to where they are. They have a visual roadmap to exactly where they are and where they want to be through direct access to information that is extremely unique to each business. This enthuses and motivates them to say ‘we can make changes to do our business better online’.”

Kinsella, who has spent the past decade offering digital marketing services and training to SMEs, says many were forced to close in March having to move their business online temporarily overnight, and many are still surviving on a virtual presence alone.

According to The European Digital Economy and Society Index, despite Ireland being a leading tech hub, digital skills are 11 per cent below the EU average.

For a very affordable price, business owners can avail of a comprehensive service, one which demystifies all that digital jargon and provides insight into business growth potential through click easy access to Google My Business and Google Analytics: all graphically represented in a very easy to digest platform.

“For me the whole digital marketing strategy encompasses search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising including Google ad words, management of 52 different social media platforms including Facebook and Linkedin, along with email and display marketing. Combined this digital marketing eco system gives an opportunity to drive digital marketing back to a businesses’ website.”

Kinsella says the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of eCommerce and the huge skills gaps that exist within the marketing sphere.

“As the country reopens and consumers begin to spend again, traditional businesses are facing a host of challenges. Not only are SMEs working off minuscule budgets, but they are now in a position where they need digital and literacy skills to survive. Nova360 aims to assist those who are understandably not equipped for the ‘new normal’, and help businesses boost their digital marketing presence, with no extensive tech knowledge required.”
